Solid Perfumes- Gifts/ own use.

 So recently, I have been obsessed with using soy wax, bees wax or candle wax to make my own solid perfumes. Please note that if you are a hold, make sure you have an adult helping you because there are possible burning products here.
To make this, you will need;

  • An unscented candle/ bees wax/ soy wax.
  • Olive oil/ sunflower oil
  • Fragrance oil (you can use a scented candle instead)
  • Heatable container
  • pot/ microwave
  • Spoon
  • Container to put the solid perfume in

  1. First, you need to cut the wax you are using into little pieces to make it easier to melt it
  2. Then add your olive oil/ sunflower oil and stir for a few secondsMelt in the microwave until it's just melted or do the double boiler method in a pot.
  3. While the wax is still hot, add your fragrance oils of your choice and stir until all the oils are completely combined with the wax.
  4. Get your container and CAREFULLY pour the wax into the container. Be cautious that the wax will be HOT so please watch yourself for burns.
  5. Put your container into the fridge/ freezer and leave for it to full set. Depending on how big your container is, it may take less or longer time for your wax to set.
  6. Once set, place the perfume on your pulse points to give you your amazing fragrance. Or, give as a gift to someone you think would like the fragrance
This will last about 3/4 months depending on how much you made and how much you use.
For my perfume fragrances, in order, i used Lemon and Bluebell fragrance, Orange and Bluebell, Orange, Cinnamon and Lemon and Orange and Bluebell.

If you liked this and want me to do more Wax related products, i will make a Wax page. Please comment me any questions and what fragrances you used.
Thanks for reading and i hope you enjoyed this post.
